This guide explains how to enable and disable the Call Waiting feature on the following handsets:

=== To Disable Call Waiting from the Phone Menu===
  - Press the **Menu** softkey
  - Press **2** for **2. Features**
  - Press **2** for **2. Call Waiting**
  - Navigate to highlight **1. Call Waiting** and press the left or right arrow to toggle to **Disable**
  - Press the **Save** softkey
  - Press the **Back** softkey until you return to the idle screen
