There is currently no way to disable SIP ALG on the Virgin Media Super Hub.
Although the service may generally work if you only have one or two handsets, you may experience call dropping, issues getting your handsets on-line, and issues such has not hearing your caller.
You may have more success by putting the Virgin Media Super Hub into “bridge mode” or “modem mode” and using a more suitable router behind it. Refer to the manual for your particular router model for instructions on how to achieve this.
