How to Set Up eyeBeam

eyeBeam by CounterPath is a Voice over IP (VoIP) softphone for Windows. You may need to purchase one or more licenses from the eyeBeam website.

Please note: eyeBeam has been discontinued by CounterPath ¹⁾. Please see Bria Stretto.

You will need to have obtained eyeBeam and have your SureVoIP account information to hand.

To enable an account on eyeBeam, click the small arrow at the top of the softphone.

Choose SIP Account Settings and click enable for the desired account type.

Create the account: Click Add

The Properties of Account window appears. In the Account tab, fill out the User Details with the account details provided in your email.

All other tabs can be left at their default settings.
