Manually Upgrading Firmware

It is strongly advised to keep your handset firmware up to date at all times. This ensures your handset is secured against malicious activity should any exploit be discovered.

Handsets purchased directly from SureVoIP or handsets which have been adopted by SureVoIP will have their firmware updated automatically as part of the service.
